Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Hygiene Policy: Due to the nature of our products (Jewelry and Cosmetics), we do not offer returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons once the seal is broken or the product is used.
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must report it to us via WhatsApp at +92 320 4046044 within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video as proof.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed via store credit or bank transfer within 7 working days.
6. Limitation of Liability
Skin Sensitivity: Blisheen is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin issues caused by our cosmetic products. We strongly recommend a patch test before full use.
Usage: Our jewelry is “fashion jewelry” and may tarnish over time if exposed to water, perfume, or chemicals. Blisheen is not responsible for wear and tear caused by improper care.
