1. Delivery Timeline
Processing Time: All orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Standard Delivery: * Lahore: 1-2 working days.
Other Cities: 3-5 working days. (Note: Delivery may be slightly delayed during public holidays, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances like weather or strikes.)
2. Shipping Charges
Variable Shipping: We do not have a fixed shipping fee for all orders. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and the weight of your parcel. The exact amount will be displayed on the Checkout page.
Free Shipping: We occasionally offer FREE SHIPPING on orders above a certain limit (e.g., Rs. 3,000). Check our website banners for active promotions.
3. Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)
Lahore Customers: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services for all orders within Lahore.
Other Cities: For orders outside Lahore, we currently only accept Advance Payment via Bank Transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa. Your order will be dispatched immediately after payment verification.
Why Advance Payment? This helps us ensure faster processing and secure delivery for our valued customers across Pakistan.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email. You can use this number on our courier partner’s website to track your parcel’s journey.
5. Important Delivery Instructions
Address Accuracy: Please provide a complete address and an active mobile number.
Tampered Parcels: Do not accept any parcel if the packaging appears to be opened or tampered with.
Failed Delivery: For Lahore COD, riders will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
6. Order Confirmation
All orders are subject to a confirmation call or message from the Blisheen team. Orders will only be processed once they are confirmed.
