At Blisheen, we want you to love your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products (Jewelry and Cosmetics), we have a strict policy to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.
1. Can I Return a Product?
Cosmetics: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on skincare, makeup, or hair products once the seal is broken or the product has been opened.
Jewelry: Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged upon arrival. We cannot exchange jewelry items (like earrings) due to health and safety standards.
2. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged item or the wrong product:

Contact us on WhatsApp at +92 320 4046044 within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide your Order Number.

Send a clear Unboxing Video or photos of the damaged product. If 24 hours have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot process your claim.
3. Exchange Process
If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement of the same item.
If the item is out of stock, you will receive a Store Credit Voucher that you can use for your next purchase at Blisheen.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Items bought during a Sale or Clearance are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Products damaged due to improper care (e.g., jewelry tarnished by water/perfume) are not eligible for exchange.
5. Shipping Costs
If we sent the wrong or damaged item, Blisheen will bear the shipping cost for the replacement.
In case of a voluntary exchange (if applicable), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
